ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Lawrence Simon, M.S.

Author of the book “Murder by Numbers: Perspectives on Serial Violence”

Dr. Lawrence Simon, psychologist, is a nationally recognized expert on sexual deviance. Dr. Simon has interviewed hundreds of cold-blooded killers and violent sexual offenders within the Federal Bureau of Prisons and Florida Department of Corrections. He has investigated over hundreds of allegations of physical and sexual abuse against children with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office Child Protective Investigations Division. Dr. Simon has conducted research investigating personality differences and specific methodologies of homicide.  Dr. Simon received his Masters Degree of Science from Nova Southeastern University and recently completed his Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology specializing in Forensic Pathology at an APA accredited Carlos Albizu University located in Miami, FL. Dr. Simon offers a unique perspective of the violent mind and the minds of sexual predators

Keynote Lecture - Day One

Sexual Deviance

This class offers a careful examination into the world of sexually deviant individuals and provides a glance into the darkest corners of humanity and the perverted mindset of sexual predators. Participants will be exposed to the evolution of violent and non-violent sexual deviant behaviors. This course is highly explicit in nature and will include topics such as: Sexual Violence on the Internet, Sexual Sadism, Masochism, Partialism, Necrophilia, Cannibalism, Voyeurism, and Pedophilia.
